PETER N. WASYLYK is a graduate of Providence College (B.S. 1979) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 1984). He served as both a member and editor of the Suffolk University Law Review. Mr. Wasylyk is admitted to practice in the state of Rhode Island as well as the Federal District Court for the District of Rhode Island, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Wasylyk practices consumer class action litigation before state and federal courts.

Peter Wasylyk is a former member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing the 6th District since 2003. During the 2009-2010 sessions, he served on the House Committee on Health, Education and Welfare, and served as Deputy Majority Leader.
